A simplified admissions process

Eforms is ITQ's tailored solution and service that simpifies your admissions process by reducing the amount of paper moving around your organisation.

If you collect data from multiple sources then integrate it with your in-house system or export data to external applications and database, Eforms will increase your efficiency, simplify your process, reduce costs and even improve your 'green' credential.

In addition, Eforms will:

  1. make it easier for your parents to access the forms they need, online from any computer or mobile device
  2. segment data and create customised workflows to ensure the data reaches the correct person
  3. analyse data and report on the progress of your admission process
  4. export data to external applications and databases

RSAdmissions - new investment from ITQ

Continual improvement of our service is a priority for us and with this in mind, we are delighted to share news of a major investment in RSAdmissions which will enable us to further develop our offer to you. Over the next few years we will be working with RSAdmissions to extend and enhance their market-leading database. RSAdmissions is the only admissions and marketing database for independent schools designed and supported by people who have 'done the job'.

What is Eforms and what does it do?

ITQ Eforms is a web based data and forms solution that was initially designed in partnership with Wellington College (one of the world's top co-educational boarding schools), to help manage and reduce the forms used in the school's admission process. Traditionally, up to 28 forms, were sent and returned by post, to enrol each student. ITQ’s Eforms web-portal now enables this process to be completed digitally.

The simple to use interface and guided process makes it easy for parents to glide through all the required documents and submit them. Eforms can be completely customised for you and any business or organisation, to create work flows to manage, segment and routing data, to the appropriate administrator for processing. Processed data can then be analysed and exported to an existing document management system, database or an electronic folder structure.

What makes Eforms unique, is its flexibility in that it can be tailored to each individual requirement in terms of presentation and output options. Wellington College parents are located all around the world. The presentation of the admissions portal was crucial, it needed to look corporate and professional, but more importantly the functionality and the user experience had to be without question a flawless experience.
